Home Safe and Sound!!

Just a quick post to let you all know we are home safe and sound!!! We arrived around 11:30 atlantic time today. We pulled a 12 hr day yesterday to get to the border and we crossed into Canada early this morning....


And Boy do I ever know this feeling..after the last 3 days on the road!!








And Thank God he did at times!!! I'm sure he did!!!

  6. Glad you made it home safe and sound but a 12 hour day wow ! Guess you needed to get there. After 6 years on the road 4 hours is a long day for us, but then we don;t have a house to go to.

  16. We pulled a couple of 11 and 12 hour driving days on the way home as well.
    It was too cold to do anything else BUT drive, with the heater on full blast.
    I think we were both secretly excited to be heading home !!
    Glad your first winter as Snowbirds was a raging Success !!

  17. Home to roost. Not sure there are that many still away from the nest.
    It can sound pretty nasty, but we've done those marathon drives to "get home". Hard to explain.
    Nice to hear your safe.
