Rick spent Thursday wiring in a 30 amp dedicated RV plug just for the camper. Friday morning we were all up around 5:45 am. We had to pack up our rig and move it out of their driveway and into Linda's parent's driveway then be at the sellers place by 7:30am. The camper is a cute as a button. It reminds me of a beach house inside. No dark panel wood in this rig.
How cute is this:
Its an older unit with patio doors, the previous owners updated it with paint and decor..We are so happy for them..and I'm sure their company will enjoy this guest house for years to come.
On Saturday we motored on down to our cottage as our son and a crew of his friends were going there for the weekend. And we just can't miss an opportunity to party with the kids. There were lots of laughs..ohhh to be that age again.
And of course we had the overflow overnight guests in the Motorhome..so Lilly and Tucker had to guard the bed till the guests came home...
I made a big breakfast for everyone Sunday morning..then we all started to pack up for the trip back home. We arrived home mid afternoon and received an email that Rick's cousin (whom he had never met) was in town camping not far from us. So we showered quickly and headed over to visit with them.

Goodness girl, you sure are a busy little bee. Flying is a breeze, it's the delays that aggravate me. Keep on having fun!
ReplyDeleteAhh, Cape Breton. Love that area. One day we'll take the trek to Nova Scotia, and beyond!
ReplyDeleteJust a gorgeous header photo!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea to have a house guest. So bright and cheerful!
I hope you have rechargable batteries, because with all you've been doing, you might be running out of juice shortly.
ReplyDeleteHopefully you can get some rest on the plane (fingers crossed).
My darlin' wife used to be a petrified flyer, but after having to head off to an airport for nearly 20 years now, she's gotten used to it. Used to be she'd look to see if the captain had a wedding ring on, just so he's make sure to try his best to get home to his wife? Not sure how that logic works.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be fine.
Have fun! (but then, you always do)
You two are partying RV jet setters! Why not! You're having fun and taking it all in.....as it should be!
ReplyDeleteYupper you've been a very busy little girl & fella... Sure wish I could make your flight easier for you but since I can't I pray for you to relax... We are anxiously awaiting your return and meeting up with you for some rootin tootin fun!!!! Travel safe ♥

ReplyDeleteA quick trip to Vancouver huh? I love Cape Breton. Hope you guys have a great time.Gingee sends a hello and tail wag to Tucker and Lilly!
ReplyDeletejust an FYI, looking at the picture of all your fam/friends hanging out on the porch, isnt that horse show supposed to be hung with bowl at bottom so the luck doesnt run out?
ReplyDeleteWhat a LIFE Elaine. So much fun but you must be tired. And now the flight and then a trip to Cape Breton. I sure am glad I'm at least going to get to go there vicariously. If we hadn't been side swiped, we would have been up in that area ourselves right now. The plan was Florida for Jan-March and up the east coast to Maine by July and then August and September in Cape Breton and PEI. Maybe next year???? Can't wait to see about your travels.
