A good Day!!

We didn't do too much of anything yesterday..was a nice sunny day...lazed around putering in the morning...reading etc. cleaned the rig hopped into the shower...Dee came to visit...then Rick and I headed into Sebring to pick up a few things and get some groceries.
We arrived back home late afternoon. Picked up supper on the way back. Then Dee and Jim came down and we played some cards for the evening. Had some great laughs.

Theres a storm warning in for today, and it is pretty dull out there and the wind seems to be picking up so we put in the awning and picked up the outside stuff. Its suppose pass over quickly-thankfully. And we are suppose to be back to hot sunny skies again tomorrow. A good day to clean the coach and cook.

Tonight I am having company for supper, Dee and Jim and Ken and Debbie-so I will make my famous Cape Breton jigs dinner, and I have a triple layer coconut cake for desert, I will also make up some biscuits.

Have a super day folks..
Be Safe out there..

"May your day be filled with blessings like the sun that lights the sky~and may you always have the courage to spread your wings and fly"
“Life is like a party. You invite a lot of people, some leave early, some stay, some laugh with you, some at you, some didn't come. But in the end, after the fun, there would be a few who would stay and help clean up the mess with you. And most of the time, those were the ones who didn't even make the mess: ) How true this is!!! “

  1. Not a bad week so far. An evening of card playing with good company is always fun. Nice to see the palm tree lit up, looks nice. Have to say, I never have had a Cape Breton Jigs dinner, looking forward to hearing more about it. Have a Great evening with your company.

  2. LOVE the night pic of Ossumer and your set up! :)

  3. Is the Cape Breton Jigs dinner is the same as the Newfoundland Jigs dinner we have had, it was awesome!

  4. I want that tree!!

Hope your dinner with friends turns out perfect.
