Happy Thanksgiving to our American Friends!!

May you all have a wonderful day, lots of sunshine, great food and fellowship, with family, new friends and old friends!!

Yesterday we were blessed with over a foot of snow..for those of you 'laying' in the sun it is 'white' 'wet' and 'heavy'...we have had the plow in twice to clean out our driveway. Oh and did I mention it is also 'cold'. :)

Just so you will all be thankful to be where you are and for those of you who forgot what it looks like here are a couple of snaps to 'remind' you to be thankful you are there and not here!

Ossumer parked up in the snow!!

Poor Ossumer

He is very Anxious to Roll Out

A shot of our back yard

Have a wonderful 'Thanksgiving' folks eat, drink and be merry and above all be 'thankful'...

Home is where you park it
"May your day be filled with blessings like the sun that lights the sky~and may you always have the courage to spread your wings and fly"

  1. soon Ossomer..very soon!!!
    happy shoveling!!..maybe a snow blower?

  2. Those are some very sad pictures of your RV. I bet you're having a hard time waiting to clean off the snow and head South!

Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes, we're thankful to have blogging friends like you! :c)

  3. we have a snow blower but its just more convenient to have the plow come in :) our age we deserve it!! lol

  4. Thanks so much for he reminder, why we are doing this rving thing. Kinda brings back cold memories.

  5. Here's hoping pool old Ossumer gets out of that snow soon and heads for the sun!

Us Canucks down here in the desert will be thinking of you guys up north when we sit down to our Turkey Dinner - that's after we go for a swim in the pool though (sorry!!!).

  6. Holy Crap! I thought there was something wrong with my computer screen at first!
That's a wee bit of snow you have there.
    Good luck with that.
And yes, that driveway is a bit of a long one for the snowblower. My poor old snowblower has been sitting neglected under our back step for a couple years now. Not sure it'll survive my absence.
    Bundle up!

  7. Yikes! that is way too much snow… Hope you are enjoying the holiday season!

  8. Yikes! I can remember when I would love snow on Thanksgiving. Those days are long gone:)

  9. We are so glad for milder temps this Thanksgiving holiday. We are having a blast with NO coats!

  10. Sure hope you get out of there soon! Makes me shiver!

  11. Ossumer wants to spend Thanksgiving in the USA, her looks so very sad and cold!!!!!!

  12. Awwww, snow beautiful snow!
    Blessings, K
